By placing an order with True Colors by Dixon Designs, you agree to the following terms and policies.
📦 Custom Orders
All items are made to order based on customer specifications. Please ensure all details such as sizes, colors, spelling, and design requests are correct before confirming your order.
🎨 Artwork Submission Guidelines
All artwork submitted must be fully prepared and ready for production. This means your design should include the correct sizing, colors, background, and layout at the time of submission.
We do not provide editing or design adjustments.
For best results, please upload high-quality files such as PNG or PDF. Files with low resolution, incorrect sizing, or missing transparency may affect the final print.
Designs will be printed exactly as submitted, including colors, positioning, and orientation.
We do not print copyrighted or trademarked images (including logos, brands, or characters) without proper permission. Orders that violate this policy may be canceled.
🎨 Design & Image Quality Disclaimer
Print quality depends on the image provided. Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images may result in unclear prints.
By submitting your image, you acknowledge that True Colors by Dixon Designs is not responsible for poor print quality due to low-quality files provided by the customer.
If you are unsure about your image quality, please contact us before placing your order.
💳 Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change based on design complexity, materials, and order size.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
Custom design fees may apply depending on your request.
⏱ Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is approximately 3–7 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Once your order is shipped, True Colors by Dixon Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Local pickup options may be available.
🚫 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part, such as:
• Incorrect item
• Incorrect design
• Defective product
⚠️ Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Please include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
📸 Photo & Content Use
We may use photos of completed products for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
